Terms of Service
Effective October 11, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Gutshot, a free poker game run by Jose Garcia, an individual developer ("we", "us"). By using Gutshot you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Fake chips only
Gutshot uses fake chips for entertainment. Chips have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, traded for anything of value, or withdrawn. There is no real-money gambling in Gutshot, and success at it doesn't imply future success at real-money gambling.
We may adjust or reset chip balances, for example to fix bugs or keep the game fair.
Who can play
Gutshot is recommended for players 18 and older. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in.
Play fair
Don't cheat. That includes:
- colluding with other players or sharing hole cards,
- using your own bots, scripts, or other automation to play,
- exploiting bugs, or interfering with the service or other players.
Keep names and invites respectful. There's no tolerance for offensive names, harassment, or abuse. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules or abuse the service.
You can report or block any player from their profile or from the table. We review every report within 24 hours and remove offending names or accounts.
The service
Gutshot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or end the service, or any part of it, at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost fake chips, data, or play time.
Your account
You can stop using Gutshot and delete your account at any time in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use Gutshot after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
